Call for proposal – residencies
Project NAO Nuovi Autori Oggi 2014
Ariella Vidach – AiEP interactive dance company presents NAO 2014, a project that aims to foster young artists (under 35) in the process of creating multimedia works. NAO wants to support young authors by providing them with rehearsing studios, technical equipment and tutorial assistance, as well as promoting their work in venues abroad.
Ariella Vidach – AiEP will select the most interesting projects and will give them the opportunity of a CREATIVE RESIDENCY at the DiDstudio in Milan (Via Procaccini, 4 20154).
Residencies will take place in November-December 2014 and January 2015. Artists will have the opportunity to present their works within the NAO Performing Festival – December 9th-14th, 2014 or within other frameworks in 2015.
Application deadline: October 15th, 2014, 6.00pm
Please fill in the budget form (A – BUDGET) and the application form (B – FORM) and return them (.pdf format) to info@aiep.org
Herewith enlisted the terms offered with the opportunity:
- 3-4 creative residencies in Milano (Via Procaccini, 4 20154)
- Period: November, December 2014 – January 2015.
- Presentation during the NAO Performing Festival (December 9th-14th, 2014) and/or in 2015. Payment for public presentation and logistic expenses
- Communication and information exchange
- Tutorial and technical support
- Promotion
Tech equipment available for the residency periods is detailed on the rig plan and map attached (DIDSTUDIO – MAP, RIG PLAN DIDstudio). Any extra equipment required without the appointed time and place, will be considered under individual circumstances and DidStudio affordance. Please contact Mr. Claudio Prati for any related issue.
