Ubiqua

audiovisual performance

Ubiqua is an audiovisual performance that comes from the idea of sharing a physical and virtual space. Based on a scenographic structure prepared for the occasion, dancers, performers, musicians and VJs interact in a virtual space created and shared on the network. The choreographic sequences are filmed in real time in various real physical locations, giving rise to a synthesis of artistic experiences: a ‘simultaneous’ look at the territory of culture.

The Ubiqua project was born for Metrocult Day and involves : compagnia Shuko (Milano), Ass. Il Cortile (Rho), Ass. Sinapsi (Abbiategrasso), Ass. Robabramata (Milano); C-Dap / Coordinamento Danza e Arti Performative della Lombardia.

Metrocult Day is a collective mobilization on the theme of spaces for culture in the city to involve those who produce culture in the metropolitan area and bring urban spaces to life by transforming them into places “of and for culture”. A real and virtual event that connects some points of the Milanese urban area and the virtual space of the web: an Online TV will broadcast all the initiatives carried out by those involved in the project.
